🏆 How to send a message as soon as a customer reaches a certain number of points/stamps?

Contact your most loyal customers very easily!

It's perfect to identify your ambassadors!

Example: You can automatically trigger a message to all your customers as soon as they reach 50 points and/or have already 5 stamps to ask them to leave you a Google or Tripadvisor review.

➡️ Step 1: Go to your dashboard

Go to your dashboard
Click on Marketing
Click on Automations
Then click on Manage workflows

Or click directly here:

➡️ Step 2: Click on Create your automated customer journey

➡️ Step 3: Choose When a customer has collected a certain amount of points

➡️ Step 4: Indicate the number of stamps or points collected

➡️ Step 5: Select the action you want to perform

Click on the Plus button:

This will allow you to send a notification to your selected audience:

➡️ Step 6: Select the action you want to perform

When you click, you will have the option to select the message:

You must save your message:

A window with a confirmation request will appear. You must click on 'yes' and confirm:

You are redirected to this page:

Your automation is set up ! You just have to activate it.

➡️ Step 7: Activate your automation

Click on this button:


It's confirmed!

And VOILA!!! Your members will automatically receive a message from you once your client reaches a certain number of points or stamps. 🎉🎉🎉
