Do you have an incredible kitchen and wonder if you should change the menus? Ask your customers and then make a decision. The best part is that your customers will be rewarded for their opinions.

How to use private reviews?
There are 4 steps to setting up private reviews:
➡️ Step 1: Go to your dashboard
Go to your dashboard: https://business.yollty.com
Then click on Configurations
➡️ Step 2: Click on Reviews
➡️ Step 3: Configure reviews
- You can configure how many points a customer should receive when they submit a review
- Take the time to set up security features to prevent misuse of the feature
- You can choose between a certain number of points or days before a customer can submit a review again
➡️ Step 4: Configure the questions you want to ask.
- You can set up to 6 questions
- The goal is to gather information that is important to you and your business
- The questions will be offered in your member card in a random order
And VOILA! Your customers will be able to leave you private reviews 😁
