This guide will help you through the different steps you will take to look at your total member count. When looking for your total amount of members there are 5 steps you will have to go through, but do not worry it is super easy.
➡️ Step 1 : Connect to your personal account on the Yollty website.
This step is very easy, all you will have to do is go on the Yollty website https://yollty.com/, and click on Login, or Start for Free, in the top right corner.
If you are a returning customer, once you clicked on Login you will be redirected to a new page where you will be asked to enter your email and password to sign in.
If you are a new user, you will have to go through the “sign up" process before proceeding any further.
➡️ Step 2: Go to your Dashboard.
Once you are logged in, you will be redirected to your personal Dashboard. This means you will be able to see all the information regarding your business, and most importantly your total member count.
➡️ Step 3: Select Period Dashboard.
For this step you will have to click on the little arrow next to the Dashboard, which will show you a drop-down list from where you will be able to select Period Dashboard.
➡️ Step 4: Go to the Calendar.
To the right of your screen, you will see the date of the current day, and for this step all you need to do is click on it which will then open the calendar for you to select a date from.
➡️ Step 5: Select the length of time you want to have information on.
For this last step, all you need to do is select the period you want information from, for instance 1st of June 2021 to the 15th of June 2021, and the Dashboard will show you all the information regarding that time and especially your Total Member Count, which is displayed as Active Customers.
