Discover, understand and use CRM

Example: You have been using Yollty for a week, a month or more and you want to understand and see who your best customers are or what interactions they have had with your business.

This guide will help you through the different steps you will take to examine and understand who your ambassadors, inactive customers or detractors are.

➡️ Step 1: Login to your account on the Yollty website.

This step is very simple, just go to the Yollty website https://yollty.com/, and click on Log In, in the top right corner.





➡️ Step 2: Access your member list

By clicking on Contacts and then Members, you can access your list of members.



➡️ Step 3: Find out the first name, last name and face of your customers

In addition to finding out about your customers, you'll also find out how much they spend in your shop, how many gifts they've claimed, and their current points/stamps balance.
To find out the details of your customers, simply click on the blue Details button to the right of each of your customers.



➡️ Step 4: Find out the details of each of your customers

What review did they write or did they refer a friend or family member?



And VOILA! You have visibility on your customers who have downloaded Yollty 😁
