🎯 How do you retarget an inactive customer?

Reactivate an inactive customer!

πŸ”₯πŸ’‘Example: You want to send a special offer to someone who hasn't visited your establishment for 30 days.

➑️ Step 1: Access your dashboard

Go to your dashboard
Click on Marketing
Click on Automation
Then click on Manage workflows

Or click directly here:

➑️ Step 2: Click on Create automation workflow

➑️ Step 3: Choose When a customer is inactive for a certain amount of days

And then just add the number of days they were not active

➑️ Step 4: Indicate the number of days of inactivity from which you want to contact them

Example: You want to automatically send a message to any customer who has not visited for 21 days, so you put 21.

Step 5: Select the action you want to perform

Click on the Plus button:

This will allow you to send a notification to your selected audience:

➑️ Step 6: Select the action you want to perform

When you click, you will have the option to select the message:

You must save your message:

A window with a confirmation request will appear. You must click on 'yes' and confirm

You are redirected to this page:

Your automation is set up ! You just have to activate it.

➑️ Step 7: Activate your automation

Click on this button:


It's confirmed!

And VOILA!!! Your members will automatically receive a message from you as soon as this inactivity period is over. πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰
