π― How do you retarget an inactive customer?
Reactivate an inactive customer!
β‘οΈ Step 1: Access your dashboard
- Go to your dashboard
- Click on Marketing
- Click on Automation
- Then click on Manage workflows
β‘οΈ Step 2: Click on Create automation workflow
β‘οΈ Step 3: Choose When a customer is inactive for a certain amount of days
And then just add the number of days they were not active
β‘οΈ Step 4: Indicate the number of days of inactivity from which you want to contact them
Step 5: Select the action you want to perform
Click on the Plus button:
This will allow you to send a notification to your selected audience:
β‘οΈ Step 6: Select the action you want to perform
When you click, you will have the option to select the message:
You must save your message:
A window with a confirmation request will appear. You must click on 'yes' and confirm
You are redirected to this page:
Your automation is set up ! You just have to activate it.
β‘οΈ Step 7: Activate your automation
Click on this button:
Confirm:
It's confirmed!
And VOILA!!! Your members will automatically receive a message from you as soon as this inactivity period is over. πππ
