Activate the Private Reviews feature to get key information and feedback on your daily business.

Example: A loyal customer of your brand will be able to give you a sincere review by answering the questions you would like to ask him.

The stamps / points sent will only be given to your customers once the review is written and complete. So be sure to receive quality information.

Why use private reviews?

How to use private reviews?

There are 4 steps to setting up private reviews:

➡️ Step 1: Go to your dashboard

Go to your dashboard: https://business.yollty.com
Then click on Configurations

➡️ Step 2: Click on Reviews

➡️ Step 3: Configure reviews

You can configure how many points a customer should receive when they submit a review
Take the time to set up security features to prevent misuse of the feature
You can choose between a certain number of points or days before a customer can submit a review again

➡️ Step 4: Configure the questions you want to ask.

You can set up to 6 questions
The goal is to gather information that is important to you and your business
The questions will be offered in your member card in a random order






Finally, don't forget to press the 'Save' button at the bottom right to save all your changes.

And VOILA! Your customers will be able to leave you private reviews 😁
